1. West Valley Rail Line
- The construction of the major portions of the rail line are completed. Testing is being done on some outer portions and the construction report is being completed. At completion of the repor the land will be transferred to the Montana Department of transportation.
2. Cedar Park Bowling Alley
- Parking lot is being investigated with ground penetrating radar to commence a remedation plan to the parking lot.
